Manufactured from 1863 to 1878. Standard blued 7 - 3/8" octagon barrel with 3-line "NEW MODEL" address. Cone front sight and frame notch rear. 6-shot .36 caliber percussion cylinder with safety notches between chambers. Silver plated brass trigger guard. Grips are smooth 2-piece walnut. CONDITION: Very good. Portions of thinning factory applied blued finish retained on barrel with brown patina forming. Frame, cylinder and loading lever exhibit brown patina. Vast majority of silver plating retained on trigger guard, with brass visible along edges. Grips good with light wear and handling marks. Fine bore and mechanics. BAS
