1860 vintage Colt 1849 Pocket Revolver. Desirable 6" octagon barrel marked with 2-line Hartford address. Brass pin front sight and v-notch rear sight cut into hammer. 5-shot percussion cylinder roll marked with stagecoach holdup scene. Silver plated large oval trigger guard and grip straps with 1-piece smooth walnut grips. CONDITION: Good. Gray patina with some marks and freckling. Cylinder scene partially visible. Trigger guard retains traces of patinaed silver finish with balance mellowing brass. Grips have minor impressions and finish loss. Shootable bore with oxidization. Does not index perfectly. Full or partial matching numbers observed on frame, barrel assembly, loading lever, wedge, cylinder, cylinder arbor, trigger guard, and back strap. BAS
