Lot consists of (A) Stoutly constructed Smith & Wesson Model 19-4 .357 magnum double action revolver. Nickel finished with pinned 4" barrel, half length lug, serrated ramped front sight, adjustable square notch rear sight, fluted 6-shot cylinder, wide serrated target trigger, and checkered target stocks with S&W medallions. CONDITION: Good. Majority of nickel finished retained with clouding and evidence of use including a drag line, handling marks, and a few spots of loss. Grips good with some light varnish loss and handling marks. Fine bright bore with crisp rifling. Good lock up. Rear sight bent. (B) Smith & Wesson 2nd Model .38 S&W double action revolver manufactured from 1880 to 1884. Nickel finish, 3 - 1/4" tip up barrel, half moon front sight, V-notch rear sight, 5-shot fluted cylinder, and checkered 2-piece hard rubber grips with S&W monogram. CONDITION: Very good. Significant portions of factory nickel retained with flaking, oxidation, and scratching present. Hard rubber grips show wear with left panel cracked on base. Bore shows strong rifling with light pitting. BAS
