Circa 1939. A 20 guage trap model gun with blacked 26" and 28" barrels with ejectors and ventilated ribs. Both are fitted with mid beads. The (A) 26" barreled gun has 2 - 3/4" chambers and a front white bead while the (B) 28" barrels have 3" chambers and a steel front bead sight. Winchester model, gauge, and chamber information are on side of left barrels. Bottoms of barrels have all correct marks including serial number "13210" on flats. Chokes are (A) Improved Cylinder and Cylinder, and (B) Full and Modified. Blued Model 21 action has matted top on standing breech, non-automatic safety, and blued single mechanical selective trigger. The nicely figured American walnut stock with pistol grip and well-cut point pattern checkering also has a black hard rubber grip cap. The buttstock measures 14" over checkered wooden butt. Side panels are also checkered. Beavertail ejector forend has reinforcing brace, roller release, and matched checkering. Gun and barrels reside in an after-market bovine luggage case. CONDITION: Excellent, as restored to new, with only the faintest marks in wood or metal. Bores are excellent. Action is mechanically sound, trigger is crisp, and ejectors are in time. Case is good. CORRECTION: Upon further review of this lot, there is a repaired crack on the left side of the wrist near the upper tang.
