A seldom encountered 6-pocket MP38/40 magazine pouch, which while designed for armored vehicle crews, were frequently worn by the Fallschirmjager, and seen worn in numerous era photos. Olive heavy twill fabric is marked "MP 38 u. 40" in black ink, and "eyp44, WaA795" on one of the rear leather belt loops. The pouch appears to be unissued with moderate storage aging. Brown leather flap closures and loops are stiff, with one front strap retention loop exhibiting a half-inch light crack on the front. Loading tool pouch is present, as well as two "D-rings" and three closure studs. CONDITION: Overall excellent with storage staining. WEZ
