German Mauser byf 43 Code P.38 semi automatic pistol. Made 1943 at Mauser Oberndorf. "(eagle)/135" Waffenamts throughout. No import mark found. Matching serials on the frame, barrel, slide and barrel block. Blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish and dark brown plastic grips. Includes an original blued steel magazine with "P.38 v/U" marked on the bottom, and am "(eagle)/359" Waffenamt on the spine. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its factory finish with some light wear on the barrel and slide. Some dried grease present on the internals. Grips are excellent, minus a chip out of the far right top on the right panel. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light wear. JWA
