Winchester Model 1893 slide action shotgun. Made 1895. Two line company address and patent dates on the top of the barrel. "12" marked in front of the chamber. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Wood has a light oil finish. Smooth metal butt plate. 2 - 3/4" chamber, modified choke bore. CONDITION: Metal retains 50% of its original finish with a brown patina forming in most areas. Some light surface rust is also present. Wood has handling marks and scratches. Forearm is cracked, as is the wrist (on the left side and on the bottom). Bore is clean overall. Mechanically fine. JWA
