Colt Ace semi-automatic pistol. Made 1934. Standard 2-line company address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, in front of a rampant Colt pony. "COLT ACE (in diamond) .22 LONG / RIFLE" marked on the right side of the slide. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Blade front sight with adjustable U-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Checkered wood grips. Original 2-tone blued steel magazine marked "COLT / ACE (in diamond) / .22 L.R." on the bottom. Includes original brown flat board box, hand-numbered to the gun on the bottom. Instructional sheet inside the box. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with sharp rifling. Magazine has light wear. Box has ripping on the edges, with some cracking and wear on the top. Good overall. JWA
