Browning Pointer Grade over-under factory 2-barrel 20/12 gauge set shotgun made in Belgium for Browning Arms Company in 1964. Barrel set (A) has 26" blued, 3" tubes in 20 gauge with ventilated rib, twin bead, ejectors, and fixed Modified and Improved Cylinder chokes. Barrel set (B) has 26" blued, 2 - 3/4" tubes in 12 gauge with ventilated rib, single bead, ejectors, and fixed Modified and Modified chokes. Gunmetal grey Pointer Grade pattern engraved boxlock action with gold plated single selective trigger, Dog scene full coverage engraving on each action side and Bird scene on bottom and trigger bow. Action is signed "A. Marechal" for Alphonse Marechal who worked for Browning in the 1950s and '60s. Gun has figured walnut, long tang, checkered, round knob, pistol grip stock with Browning hard rubber buttplate. Matching diamond pattern checkered walnut latch forearms. Gun comes in fitted Browning luggage trunk case. CONDITION: 95% original blue with slight operation marks. Bright grey action finish with sharp engraving. 95% original high luster varnish with light handling marks. Perfect bores with excellent mechanics. Non-salt gun. Case is in excellent condition with some light handling marks and key inside. A super Browning over-under. DLM
