Model 1903 semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Colt in 1920. Left side of slide bears stampings stipulating the patent and manufacturer information followed by the Rampant Colt logo, with the right side being stamped "COLT AUTOMATIC/ CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS". Left side of frame bears the full serial number as well as the "VP" proof. Features include a blue finish, 3 - 3/4" barrel, half-moon front sight, dovetailed "U" notch rear sight, as well as 2-piece Colt checkered hard rubber grips. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting some scattered handling marks showing through to thinning, areas of high edge wear on the slide, as well a small spot of cleaned oxidation on the rear of the frame. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. 2-piece hard rubber grips are very good. MLW
