Ruger Model 44 Carbine tubular magazine fed semi automatic rifle chambered in .44 Magnum and manufactured in 1968 by Sturm Ruger and Company. Dovetailed front sight with brass bead and rear folding diamond style sight with single barrel band. Black metal recoil plate. The receiver is drilled and tapped with proper screws. Barrel is drilled and tapped with 2 screws right behind the rear folding sight. CONDITION: Overall very good condition with nearly all original bluing remaining. Light freckling throughout receiver and barrel. Three hairline cracks in stock behind receiver. Good bore with good mechanics. GFP
