Ruger Model 44 Carbine tubular magazine fed semi automatic rifle. Manufactured by Sturm and Ruger Company in 1976. Front dovetailed sight with brass bead and rear dovetailed folding diamond style sight. Stamped "Made in the 200th year of American Liberty" on left side of barrel. Single barrel band with front and rear sling swivel studs and black metal recoil plate. Rear of receiver drilled and tapped with 2 screws. Barrel drilled and tapped with 2 screws right behind rear folding sight. CONDITION: Very good overall condition with nearly all original bluing. Light wear marks throughout stock. Good bore and good mechanics. GFP
