Remington Model 25 pump action rifle. Takedown model made 1923. Standard patent dates on the top of the barrel. Standard markings on the chamber. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight with u-notch buck horn rear. Metal components have been refinished. Receiver has been drilled. Stock has a reapplied lacquer finish. Smooth finish crescent butt plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its reapplied finish with some light surface rust on the barrel. Wood has handling marks and scratches. Solid forearm with no visible cracks. Bore is clean with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
