Manufactured circa 1951 in the ever popular .22 LR caliber. Standard blued finish round 6-7/8" tapered heavy barrel, undercut front sight, and adjustable square notch rear. The 2-piece checkered black plastic grips are emblazoned with a red Ruger eagle, indicating their production prior to 1952, when the logo was changed to black to honor the death of company cofounder Alex Sturm. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all factory applied blued finish is retained with a few handling marks and a few minor corrosion spots. Bright mirror bore with strong rifling, Crisp mechanics. BAS
