Lot consists of (A) German Lignose Einhand semi automatic pistol. Made 1920s in Germany. These are very unique guns as there are two ways to cock the gun. You can pull back on the slide seriations, or pull the trigger looking mechanism at the front of the frame. This means the gun can be cocked with one hand. Left side of the slide is marked "AKT-GES LIGNOSE,BERLIN/ABTEILUNG SHUL-CAL 6.35-D.R.P." Pre-War commercial "(Crown) / N" proofs on the frame, slide and barrel. Grips are marked "LIGNOSE". Cut out U-notch grooved slide, acting as sights. Original finish on the metal components forming a gray patina in areas. checkered hard rubber grips. Blued steel, unmarked magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 60% of its original finish with general wear and patina. Grips have light wear. Bore is frosted with very good overall rifling. Magazine has light wear, with some freckling present. (B) C.G. Haenel Schmeisser's Patent Model I semi automatic pocket pistol. Made 1920s in Germany. Left side of the slide is marked "C.G. HAENEL SHUL, GERMANY, SCHMEISSER'S PATENT". Pre-War commercial " (Crown) / N" proofs present on the frame and slide. Blade front sight with v-notch cut out rear. Metal components have been reblued at some point. Checkered hard rubber grips with "HS" monograms. Magazine is unmarked, but looks to be original. Metal retains 90% of its reapplied blued finish with some handling marks and wear. Grips are very good with a few handling marks. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Magazine has light wear. Mechanically fine. JWA
