Lot consists of: (A) World War II slot brooch Silver Star with oak leaf cluster, ribbon bar, and lapel pin contained in a Silver Star coffin case. The case also contains a blank engraving request card. (B) WWII slot brooch silver star with ribbon bar, lapel pin and medal lapel pin contained in a Silver Star coffin case. (C) World War II slot brooch Silver Star, ribbon bar, and lapel pin contained in a Silver Star coffin case. (D) Slot brooch Silver Star medal with clutch back ribbon bar. The ribbon bar is marked "G-1 / A" on the reverse. (E) WWII N.S. Meyer Silver Star medal in original N.S. Meyer blue box. The box is marked "DECORATIONS, MEDALS, SILVER STAR / Stock No. 71-D-405 Spec. PQD No. 112C / N. S. MEYER , INC / P.O. No. 1231 Aug. 16, 1943 PHILA. QM DEPOT". CONDITION: All medals remain clean with little noticeable blemishes. The cases all exhibit typical handling wear with some stains. Overall very good-excellent. JLD
