Lot consists of: (A) Small WWII medal grouping that consists of an unengraved and unnumbered slot brooch Purple Heart with oak leaf cluster and ribbon, unengraved Good Conduct Medal with ribbon, ETO campaign ribbon bar with two battle stars, unmarked pinback Combat Medic Badge with the name "Bhacher" inscribed on the back, Purple Heart lapel pin, and two overseas bars contained in a Purple Heart coffin case. CONDITION: Ribbons exhibit fraying, case exhibits scattered blemishes. (B) WWII slot brooch Purple Heart numbered "265382" with enlisted screwback MP three piece collar disc, pinback Lieutenant bar, and whistle marked "Military" contained in a Purple Heart coffin case. CONDITION: The medal is heavily worn, case will not remain open and is worn. (C) WWII slot brooch Purple Heart numbered "220525" with ribbon bar, lapel pin, and marksman bade with rifle bar marked "Sterling" contained in a Purple Heart coffin case. CONDITION: Lapel pin is warped, case is heavily worn and peeling. (D) WWII slot brooch Purple Heart numbered "356171" with extra ribbon, National Defense Medal, Navy Lieutenant bars marked "H&H / Sterling", and oak leaf with acorn pin marked "Sterling / by Blackinton" contained in a Purple Heart coffin case. CONDITION: Ribbons exhibit fraying, case is clean. All items range from poor-very good condition. JLD
