The case exhibits scattered exterior blemishes and is slightly tarnished on the interior. (B) WWII unengraved slot brooch Purple Heart medal with ribbon bar and lapel pin in rare "one line" coffin case. The medal is numbered "318832" on the lower left side. CONDITION: The medal is very clean and the case exhibits exterior blemishes. (C) WWII unengraved slot brooch Purple Heart medal with ribbon bar in rare "one line" coffin case. The medal is numbered "350283". The hinge is broken so the case does not stay open. CONDITION: The medal is very clean and the case exhibits exterior blemishes. (D) WWII unengraved slot brooch Purple Heart medal with miniature screw back infantry collar disc in a rare "one line" coffin case. The medal is numbered "421008" on the lower right side. CONDITION: The medal is clean, leather on the case is separating. (E) WWII unengraved slot brooch Purple Heart medal with ribbon bar and lapel pin in rare "one line" coffin case. The medal is numbered "182798" on the lower left side. CONDITION: The medal is clean and the ribbon is slightly tarnished. The case exhibits scattered blemishes and has faded.
