Super Blackhawk single action revolver manufactured by Ruger in 1966. The left side of the barrel bears Ruger's manufacturer information followed by the Ruger eagle logo, with the left side of the frame being stamped "RUGER SUPER BLACKHAWK/ .44 MAGNUM CAL.". Features include a blue finish, 6 - 1/2" barrel, standard Super Blackhawk pattern front and rear sights, unfluted cylinder, as well as 2-piece Ruger silver medallion smooth wood grips. Revolver is accompanied by its original factory box that is hand-scribed on the side to match and contains an original manual, Anderol gun preservative card, as well as its 1 year guarantee certificate. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting a light dragline on the cylinder as well as a small spot of wear at the rear of the butt. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined lands and grooves throughout. Grips show few small handling marks, with the right grip panel bearing a small crack at the top that runs through to the medallion. Box shows some exterior wear, as well as a couple of taped repairs. A nice high condition example of a Ruger Super Blackhawk revolver. MLW
