This elegant sword cane or walking stick features a plain, single edged, spearpoint blade with flat back. The cylindrical handle is cloisonne, in a Chinese mode, with a central light blue panel with flower petals and separate floating leaves amid butterflies. This likely dates to the 1890s or very early 1900s. CONDITION: Good to very good. Wear to finish of cane body at bottom. Blade clean with very slight raised rust near handle. Grip is excellent on the sides, with good color, the pommel cap has pieces of glass chipped out, exposing underlying copper, likely from being dropped at some point.
