Pre-War German Vierling marked "Ernst Peter" on right barrel and "Weisbaden" on left with no other barrel markings except German proofmarks. No information could be found on Ernst Peter. Blued Krupp Laufstahl nitro proofed barrels with 12 gauge side by side shotgun, .22 LR, and 7mm rimmed cartridge(?) underneath in Burgsmuller style configuration. Barrel has raised matted rib with rifle sights and rib is fitted with swing scope mount with a Weaver "K3- W" scope. Case hardened boxlock scalloped line engraved hammerless action with side clips, Greener safety, horn trigger guard, tang barrel selector, and gold washed double triggers, which both are sets. European checkered walnut pistol grip stock with Roman nose and horn grip cap and buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 95% barrel blue with 50% fading case colors and 70% original hand-rubbed finish with light handling marks. Triggers exhibit 80% of gold wash. Excellent bores and mechanics. DLM
