German Drilling built in Zella-Mehlis, Germany by Hermann Schneider circa 1930. Blued Bohler Steel Nitro Proofed barrels with side by side 16 gauge barrels on top and 8x57JR rifle barrel underneath with extractors and matted rib with bead blade front sight and rear flip-down sight for rifle. Gun has German-style claw scope mounts with Hensoldt 4x Dural-Dialytan post reticle scope. Coin finished full floral and game scene chisel engraved action with Greener style crossbolt, side clips, and double triggers with front being a set trigger. Gun has horn trigger guard. Gun has Greener style side safety with tang rifle selector marked in gold "S" and "K" for Schrot and Kugel or shot and ball. European walnut pistol grip checkered stock with cheekpiece, engraved steel grip cap and engraved bullet trap with added Pachmayr vented recoil pad with sling swivels and leather strap. European checkered splinter forearm with Deeley latch release. CONDITION: 95% original barrel blue with action having sharp engraving. 95% original hand-rubbed finish with some light handling marks. Some small chips out of trigger guard. Perfect bores and mechanics with tight lockup. Optics have a slight haze but are still usable. DLM
