Russian Izhevsk Model 91/30 PU Sniper style rifle. Made 1943 at the Izhevsk arsenal. This rifle is most likely an ex-sniper that a previous owner made into a full sniper, using an original base, and a reproduction mount/scope. Import mark on the receiver. Matching serials on the barrel shank, bolt and floorplate. Butt plate does not match. Hooded post front sight with a rear tangent adjustable to 2000 meters. Arsenal refurbished post war. Stock was re-lacquered as well. Includes attached reproduction scope and mount. Scope has typical three post reticle. CONDITON: Metal retains 90% of its arsenal reapplied finish. Stock has dings, scratches and dents. Bore is heavily frosted with good overall rifling. Counter bored muzzle. Mechanically fine. Scope and mount are fine. JWA
