PPK-L semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Walther in West Germany in 1966. These PPK-L pistols, also know as the "PPK-Dural", were produced by Walther in the 1950s, utilizing a Duralumin frame which reduced the overall weight of the pistol. This example bears the Walther Banner logo followed by stamps stipulating the manufacturer information, as well as the model designation "PPK-L" and caliber designation. Left side of frame is stamped "Made in West-Germany". Chamber bears Walther's "66" date code, followed by a Ulm proof house stamp, and an eagle/N commercial nitro proof. Eagle/N commercial nitro proof is also present on the right side of the frame and the left side of the slide. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Walther Banner checkered brown grips. This example is accompanied by its original matching factory box containing its matching factory paper test target, original manual, takedown tool, and spare magazine. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting few light scratches from handling overall. Anodized frame is excellent, showing some light wear from disassembly. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some light scattered handling marks as well as a few minor nicks to the diamonds overall. Box is excellent, showing a few spots of wear overall. A very high condition example of a Walther PPK-L semi-automatic pistol. MLW
