Circa 1980. Italian built Type 4 sporting game gun with 29 - 1/2" (Bottom barrel with extended choke tube) custom blacked barrels. Monobloc barrels built with multi chokes, ejectors, and double ventilated ribs. Top rib is stepped and file cut with round steel mid bead and round white front sight. Top barrel on left stamped "Perazzi spa - MADE IN BRESCIA-ITALY" and "12 GA 2 3/4" CHAMBER". Top barrel also stamped with "CAM 70 * 18.4" on left. Top barrel on right reads "IMPORTER WINCHESTER" and "NEW HAVEN - CONN.". Bottom barrel stamped "KG 1.560 18.4 WP" on left. Bottom reads "ACCIAIO SPECIAL". Barrel flats marked with Italian proofs and "54577" "MAP". The dark case colored boxlock action with its hand detachable black single trigger is inertia driven and is non-auto safe. "BLOCCHTO" engraved just ahead of the checkered safe slide which is also the release trigger mechanism. Exterior side walls of action are engraved "Grand' America 1'" in fancy cursive italics. Top lever is blacked with right-hand checkered thumbpiece. Straight grained dark European walnut Monte Carlo stock with full pistol grip is nicely checkered and is finished with a soft KICK-EEZ black rubber pad. The newer lighter forend with tiger stripes and matching checkering has been fitted and with blacked iron metal and Deeley styled latch release. Serial number "54577" which is engraved on inner blacked iron metal. Gun is housed in a vintage black case with spare striker. CONDITION: Good. Barrels retain 95% blue. Action is tight and sound. Trigger is crisp. Ejectors are strong and timed well. Stock good with some handling marks. Forend is very good as benefits from rebuild. Case good. CP
