BSA Martini single shot target rifle. Top of the barrel is marked "Made By The Birmingham Small Arms Co LTD/England/ Cartridge 220 Long Rifle". Birmingham proofs on the barrel and receiver. This gun also has "broad arrow" proofs on the barrel, frame and stock. Left side of the frame is marked "TADE MARKS", with a BSA proof through it. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and tang mounted adjustable peep rear. Finish looks to be re-blued. Stock and forearm have a light oil finish. Forearm is checkered on both sides. Factory checkered plastic butt plate. Sling swivels on the barrel and forearm. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its re-applied blued finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood is excellent with a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean overall with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. JWA
