Circa 1973. Made in Belgium by FN a semi-automatic rifle fit with a 19" round blued steel barrel chambered for the .22 LR cartridge. Barrel is built with an adjustable folding leaf sight and dovetail gold tip bead front sight. Right side of the barrel is marked "CALIBER .22 LONG RIFLE BROWNING PATENTS" while the left side is marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. MADE IN BELGIUM". Blued receiver with cross-bolt safety and single smooth blued trigger is adorned with light scrolls and border engraving on both left and right sides. Trigger guard bow also has light scrolls. Right side of the receiver also has the gun's serial number "18794T37" behind the barrel. Straight grain high gloss walnut pistol grip stock has 2 checkered panels and a blued steel serrated buttplate. Beavertail forearm similarly finished with matching checkering. CONDITION: Excellent. Appears to be very near to new and only test fired. Barrels retain approximately 99% original blue. Bores are bright at shiny. Receiver retains approximately 99% original blue. Stock and forearm with minor use/storage marks. Original factory box in very good condition. (CP)
