A vintage game gun with 36" steel barrels. Barrels with wide rib standing leaf sight with standing blade sight. Under rib fit with wooded ramrod. Action built with double triggers, double engraved/checkered hammers and a long lightly scroll engraved top tang. Fancy trigger guard with light scroll engraving extending to a long bottom strap. Island styled locks engraved with game scenes and scroll. Locks also engraved "SPANG & WALLACE PHILA". Stock with "1270" stamped on right, cheekpiece, English straight hand checkered grip, steel buttplate that extends over toe and comb. Long forearm with double cross pin releases, lightly engraved forend tip and ornamental engraved bit just ahead of trigger guard. CONDITION: Fair. Barrels with handling marks from use and age. Action and triggers appear to be sound. Stock and forearm with handling marks and wear in various locations. CP
