Desirable L.C. Smith "Field" Grade 410 caliber side by side shotgun made by the L.C. Smith Gun Company, Fulton, New York in 1947. One of 2509 built. 26" "Armor Steel" blued barrels with bead front sight and matted high rib sight plane with extractors. Case hardened sidelock action with double triggers and automatic safety. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with black plastic grip cap (missing) and hard rubber buttplate. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 90% plus barrel and trigger guard original blue with 90% plus vivid case colors with phenomenal action screws. 90% plus varnish with old added coat of linseed oil. Excellent bores and mechanics. DLM
