(M) EXCELLENT HIGH STANDARD "THE VICTOR" .22 LR SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL WITH MATCHING FACTORY BOX.

"The Victor" manufactured by High Standard in February of 1974. Left side of barrel is stamped "THE VICTOR/ .22 LONG RIFLE" followed by "-HIGH-/ STANDARD" on the slide. Right side of barrel bears manufacturer information, with the frame reading "MILITARY" followed by the serial number. Bottom of barrel bears High Standard's "BS" date code. Features include a blue finish, 5 - 1/2" heavy barrel, vent rib, target adjustable rear sight, blade front sight, as well as 2-piece checkered walnut thumb rest grips. Pistol is accompanied by its matching factory box that contains its styrofoam inserts. CONDITION: Excellent, with metal components retaining virtually all of their original factory applied blue finish, exhibiting some scattered marks from storage and use. Mirror bore, exhibiting strong rifling throughout. Checkered walnut grips are exhibit a few small nicks to the diamonds, but are otherwise sturdy and serviceable. Box shows some external wear, with a taped repair on one corner, but is otherwise fine. MLW
