Marlin Model 39 D lever action tube fed rifle made by the Marlin Firearms Company in 1971 and once owned by William K. Dupont. Blued 20 - 1/2" round Micro-Groove barrel with raised bead front sight and rear notch adjustable sight and marked with Marlin address and "MODEL 39 D". Blued takedown action with scope mounting block and hammer extension and blued tube magazine. Walnut plain pistol grip stock with Marlin hard rubber buttplate and grip cap. Walnut plain forearm with single blued band. CONDITION: 70% fading barrel blue with operation marks and handling marks. 80% action blue with light usage marks. 70% original varnish with some light scratches and dings. Good bore and mechanics.
