Classic 1950s space age designed Whitney Wolverine semi automatic .22 LR pistol. Based around a phosphate finished alloy frame which also encompasses the 4 - 3/4" barrel. 2 stripes of black enamel finish run along the barrel portion bearing the "WHITNEY" name on the left and address on the right. A fixed blade front sight and sheetmetal U-notch rear are provided for sighting. Standard 2-piece checkered red/brown plastic grip panels. CONDITION: Very good. Nearly all phosphate finish retained with some wear on cocking handles and working surfaces. Some scuffing present to enamel. Grips have a few light scratches. Magazine shows wear, scratches and dings, especially around base. Excellent mirror bore with fine mechanics. BAS
