Designed in collaboration between Doug Marcaida and Russianblades, this matched pair of Kortada knives are serial numbered 043/500. Pair consists of (A) Kortada with 7 - 3/4" cutting edge, partially ridged spine with false edge spine, and a nearly straight cutting edge. Two piece grips with laser cut geometrics and lanyard loops. (B) with same features but featuring a 4 - 5/8" cutting edge. Both knives are manufactured by Fox in Italy, well known for quality knives. Housed in the original cardboard box featuring Doug and the logos of the various collaborators with accessories comprising stickers, keychain hanger, Velcro patch, and signed photo of Doug. CONDITION: Knives appear to be new old stock, possibly never used. They have no signs of sharpening and only the most minute of marks from handling. Box has some age related distress from undoing seals but solid with crisp logos. Stickers with adhesive backs, hanger and patch appear to have never been taken out of the packaging. Plastic packaging for the knives is cut from the sharp edges. A nice set. EMW
