Imported into the US in small numbers with a total production estimated at only a few hundred. manufactured by Erma in 1968 as a .22 lr copy of earlier Luger carbines. Blued 11-3/4" round barrel with blade front sight and adjustable square notch rear. Classic Luger style semi automatic toggle style action with Erma monogram on toggle. Frame marked with "MADE IN GERMANY MARK" and caliber designation on right. Left marked with German proofs and "ERMA ET-22". Checkered thumb rest wooden 2-piece grips with matching forend. CONDITION: Good. Nearly all factory blue retained with some light wear and a few scattered marks. Grips very good with handling marks. Bright bore with strong rifling. Mechanics a little sticky. Safety does not function appropriately. BAS
