Bolt action rifle made by "MAUSER - WERKE A.G. OBERNDORF AM NECKAR" in caliber 8x60 NORM. Rifle has set triggers. Blued matted barrel is marked with the maker, serial number "117154", and "8x60 NORM". Receiver also has the serial number "117154", "MAUSER WERKE A.G. OBERNDORF A/N.", and the standard "BUG" proofs. The bolt has "BU" proofs. Barrel and receiver have has two sight bases for a double-claw scope mount, a triple leaf rear sight marked for 100, 200, and 300 meters, with the serial number "154". Single blade front sight is mounted on front hand which is grooved for a sight hood. Floorplate has lever for removal. Sling swivel bases are attached to stock and barrel. Fine quality walnut stock has checkered grip and forearm. Grip cap and butt stock (marked "MAUSER" are black plastic. CONDITION: Overall is excellent. Rifle retains 80-85% of its blued finish. Wood stock has no noticeable wear or damage. Bore is bright, set triggers function properly, and rifle is mechanically sound. WEZ
