Circa 1974. This German made 12 gauge boxlock shotgun is fit with 30" mono-bloc nitro proof blued and engraved steel barrels that are built with ejectors and 2 - 3/4" chambers. The barrels are choked Improved Modified (top) and Modified (bottom). Machined ventilated top rib with white front sight bead and a steel middle bead. Barrel hanger at muzzle for bottom barrel as there is no side rib . Right side of the top barrel reads "MADE FOR EUROPA CORPORATION MIAMI FLORIDA". Left side of the top barrel reads "KRIEGHOFF OHG ULM GERMANY MODEL 32 - 12 GA. BOHLER - LAUFSTAHL". The left side top barrel also reads "12/70", "German Nitro Proof Mark and "04R" while the left side of the bottom barrel reads "12/70", German Nitro Proof Mark and "U3R". Left side of upper barrel near breach reads "F" while the bottom barrel reads "IM". Bottom of the barrel's mono-bloc have the serial number "7069", German proof marks, "C WILLIG ENGRAVED 74" and "KRIEGHOFF ULM". The blued finish action with single mechanical trigger is adorned with 2 gold inlay dogs and 9 gold inlay birds in game scenes supported by acanthus leaf engraving and gold wire inlay borders. The breech end of the barrels are scroll engraved with gold wire inlay. Blued engraved top lever with checkered thumb piece. The safe slide is checkered and pinned. The trigger is protected by an engraved blued trigger guard with gold wire inlay. The honey color European walnut stock is furnished with 2 checkered stock panels, Fleur-de-Lis checkered pistol hand grip with blued steel skeleton grip cap and a burgundy color Decelerator rubber recoil pad. Beavertail forend similarly checkered with Deeley-style lever release. Iron metal is engraved with scrolls and gold wire inlay. The Interior of forend metal is blackened and has the gun's serial number "7069". CONDITION: Excellent. Barrels with approximately 90% blue with rub marks from forend. Forcing cones lengthened. Action, ejectors, and trigger are sound and the barrels are tight. Stock and forend with minor handling/storage marks. (CP)
