Circa 1981. This Italian made 12 gauge boxlock shotgun is fit with 30" mono-bloc nitro proof blued steel barrels that are built with ejectors and 2 - 3/4" chambers. The barrels are choked Full (top) and Modified (bottom). The ribs consist of a ventilated side rib and a cross cut stepped ventilated top rib with a red/white front sight bead and a steel middle bead. Right side of the top barrel reads "IMPORTER - PERAZZI - USA ROME - NEW YORK". Left side of the top barrel reads "PERAZZI spa - MADE IN BRESCIA - ITALY 12 GA 2 3/4" CHAMBER". The left side top barrel also reads "CAM.70", "*" and "18.4" while the left side of the bottom barrel reads "**", "KG 1.590" and "18.4". Bottom of the bottom barrel reads "ACCIAIO SPECIAL". Bottom of the barrels mono-bloc have the serial number "57643", "MAP" and Italian proof marks. The blued finish action with single inertia removeable trigger group has "Perazzi M-M-X-8" in gold on the left side of the action body and blued top lever with checkered thumb piece. The safe slide is checkered with "S" on the tang directly above and the word "BLOCCATO". Gun is non-auto safe. The honey-color European walnut stock is furnished with 2 checkered panels, pistol hand grip, adjustable comb and "KICK-EEZ" rubber recoil pad. Beavertail forend similarly checkered with Deeley-style lever release. Interior of forend metal is blued and has the gun's serial number "57643". While the interior wood is stamped "M0438 S". CONDITION: Very Good. Barrels with approximately 85% blue with rub marks from forend. Action, ejectors, and trigger are sound and the barrels are tight. Stock and forend with handling marks and checkering flattened from use. (CP)
