Colt Single Action Army revolver with box. 3rd Generation gun made 1984. Single line company address on the top of the barrel, with standard markings on the left side. Patent dates and rampant Colt pony on the left side of the frame, with "VP" proof on the trigger guard. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Original imitation ivory grips with gold Colt medallions. Includes original unnumbered wood grain box and sealed manual/papers. CONDITION: Metal retains 99% of its original finish with little signs of use. Factory grease still present in areas. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Good timing and lock up. No drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. Box has light edge wear. JWA
