Lot consist of: (A) Colt Model 1903 pocket hammerless semi automatic pistol. Made 1907. Two line patent dates/company address on the left side of the slide, with standard markings on the right. Rampant Colt pony behind the slide serrations on the left side of the slide. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Half moon front sight with u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Original checkered hard rubber grips. Two tone blued steel markings with "CAL. 32/COLT" marked on the bottom. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with some areas of light brown patina. Grips are excellent with light handling marks. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. (B) Scarce Belgian contract Colt 1903 pocket hammerless semi automatic pistol. Made 1916 and sold to the Belgian Government for use in World War One. This noted by an "A" inside a diamond on the left side of the frame. Two line patent dates/company address on the left side of the slide, with standard markings on the right. Rampant Colt pony behind the slide serrations on the left side of the slide. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Half moon front sight with u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Original checkered hard rubber grips. Two tone blued steel markings with "CAL. 32/COLT" marked on the bottom. CONDITON: Metal retains 50% of its original finish with most areas forming a heavy brown patina. Grips have a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light wear. JWA
