Thomas Horsley Bar-in-wood side by side external hammer shotgun made in England circa 1890. 30" Damascus steel barrels with smooth concave rib with maker's address and bead front sight with extractors. Bar-in-wood action with fine scroll engraving with Horsley patent self extracting strikers and blued sliding opening lever. Fine walnut English gripped stock with carved teardrops behind locks, fitted with smooth steel buttplate. Matching checkered splinter forearm with flat key latch. Comes in period oak and leather case with oil bottle with Maker's label inside. CONDITION: Gun has been professionally restored with 98% remaining finish from the restoration. Phenomenal bores and mechanics. Case is in good shape with handling marks and dings. DLM
