Lot consists of (A) Winchester 1906 takedown model slide action rifle manufactured in 1927 and chambered in .22 LR. Blued round barrel with dovetailed Marble No. 2 front sight and stamped rear sight attached by a screw. Wooden ribbed forend and wooden stock with Winchester hard rubber butt plate. Matching serial numbers on receiver and tang along with matching proof marks on barrel and receiver. CONDITION: Very good overall condition with most of the original bluing remaining. Barrel is turning a brown patina with light scratches throughout. Receiver has scratching on both sides and handling marks on the underside. Wood has handling marks throughout. Good bore and good mechanics. (B) Winchester 1906 takedown model slide action rifle manufactured in 1916 and chambered in .22 LR. Blued round barrel with dovetailed front sight and stamped rear sight attached by one screw. Wooden ribbed forend and wooden stock with Winchester hard rubber butt plate. Matching serial numbers on receiver and tang along with matching proof marks on barrel and receiver. CONDITION: Good overall condition with some of the original bluing remaining. Barrel and receiver are turning a brown patina with light scratches throughout. Wood has handling marks throughout with light chips on underside of stock. Good bore and good mechanics. GFP
