Lot consists of (A) Winchester Model 1894 rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1905. 26" Nickel Steel octagon rifled blued full magazine barrel fitted with bead blade front sight and Special Winchester 32 W.S. caliber smokeless rear sight. Blued solid frame action with plain trigger. Winchester walnut plain stock with crescent steel buttplate. Matching Winchester plain forearm with blued nosecap. CONDITION: 90% remaining of total reblue with wood cleaned. Dark pitted bore with good mechanics. (B) Winchester Model 1892 rifle made by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1897. 24" blued octagon Winchester barrel with full blued magazine, fitted with sheared blade front sight and adjustable buckhorn rear sight marked with Winchester two line address and caliber "44 W.C.F.". Blued solid frame action with plain trigger. Walnut standard straight stock with steel crescent buttplate. Matching walnut plain forearm with blued nosecap. CONDITION: 70% fading blue with carry areas thinning to a silvery patina. Action thinning to a silvery patina with some pitting on lever. Wood has traces of original varnish with usage marks and dings. Shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
