Nice example of a World War II Japanese signed flag. The flag measures approximately 38" x 29" and is covered in signatures and messages of good luck. CONDITION: The flag's color has faded from white to a tan color, as it was most likely carried throughout the war. Some of the signatures have faded, but the kanji is still legible and can most likely be translated. There are various other stains, as well as several small to medium rips and tears. Two corners have string ties, perhaps for a rifle. The flag has a salty look and would compliment a Pacific Theater themed war room. Overall good. JLD
