Springfield Model M2 bolt action rifle. Made early 1930s. Springfield barrel dated "10-33". Standard markings on the receiver. Bolt is faintly electro penciled to match the gun and marked "M2". Standard blade front sight and Lyman rear peep. Metal components were parkerized and have started to form a gray patina. Stock has a light oil finish. Metal magazine is original and marked "M2" on the side. Includes attached undated green canvas sling and metal sight protector. CONDITION: Metal retains 60% of its original finish with general wear and patina staring to form. Stock has a few minor dings and scratches. Bore is clean with good rifling retained. Mechanically fine. JWA
