Lot consists of (A) Colt 1908 Vest Pocket semi automatic pistol. Made 1918. 2 line company address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, with model markings on the right side. Rampant Colt pony behind the slide serrations on the left side of the slide. Faint "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Matching serials on the slide and frame. Blade front sight and U-notch rear. Reapplied nickel finish on the metal components. Original brown checkered hard rubber grips. Nickel finished magazine with "CAL.25/COLT" marked on the bottom. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its reapplied finish with light wear. Grips are excellent. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. (B) Colt Junior semi automatic pistol. Made circa late 1960s. Standard markings on both sides of the slide. Blade front sight and U-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Checkered wood grips with silver Colt medallions. Nickel plated magazine marked "COLT" on the bottom. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with light wear. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. JWA
