CPA, Inc (Paul Shuttleworth) reproduction of a Stevens 44-1/2 in .32-40. Barrel is marked "PAUL SHUTTLEWORTH", and "32-40", and has a dull blue finish with a heavy round target front part of the barrel and an octagonal rear. Target front sight with removeable insert and level. Case hardened receiver is marked with the serial number "611" and "CPA, AMBLER, PA". Barrel has two case hardened Unertl bases mounted. Trigger guard and floor plate are also case hardened and rifle has adjustable set triggers. American walnut stock and forearm have checkering the grip area. Palm rest assembly is mounted on the forearm. CONDITION: Rifle is overall excellent and retains 90-95% of its dull blued finish, and 90-95% of its case hardening, with a couple of light scratches on the left side of the receiver. Stocks exhibits no visible damage, with a one inch square "dry" area on the left stock grip checkering. Bore is bright, set triggers function properly, and rifle is mechanically sound. WEZ
