Lot consists of: (A) Remington Model 4 rolling block action single shot rifle chambered in .22 RF. Made from 1890 to 1933. Blued finish 22-1/2" octagon barrel with fixed front sight and elevation adjustable rear. Takedown frame. Plain walnut 2-piece stocks with steel Remington UMC logo butt plate. CONDITION: Fair. Blued finish on barrel turning to brown patina. Receiver exhibits modeled gray patina with a few traces of case colors. Stocks cleaned with no major sign of distress. Fair worn bore and good mechanics. (B) Same model as Gun (A), having only a heavier crescent butt plate. CONDITION: Good. Significant amounts of factory applied blue retained on barrel with silvering at high edges and thinning. Receiver exhibits a gray patina. Stocks have some minor marks. Fair bore and crisp mechanics.
