National Rifle Association Centennial Single Action Army .357 Magnum single action revolver manufactured by Colt. Left side of barrel is marked "1871 NRA CENTENNIAL 1971", with Colt's single line address across the top, and "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .357 MAGNUM" on the right side. Left side of frame bears patent information followed by the Rampant Colt logo. Matching numbers are present on the frame, loading gate, cylinder, as well as the trigger guard & rear grip strap. Grips are matching via the last three digits of the serial number, being hand-scribed in a felt sharpie. Features include a 7 -1/2" blued barrel, blued trigger guard, blued rear grip strap, and a case colored frame. Frame is mounted with 2-piece smooth wood grips featuring gold NRA logo medallions. Revolver is accompanied by a non-matching Colt NRA Centennial factory box complete with factory paperwork and the styrofoam insert. CONDITION: Excellent, with blued components retaining bountiful amounts of their factory blue finish, exhibiting a few minute handling marks overall. Cylinder bears an extremely faint dragline. Frame retains vibrant case colors all around. Mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent. Box shows wear overall, with a tear on one of the end label panels. A high condition example of a Colt NRA Centennial Single Action Army revolver. MLW
