Made in 1987, this .243 Winchester calibered bolt action rifle with shiny blacked 22" barrel is fit with a Simmons 3-10x44 Wide Angle scope. Barrel is marked "A-BOLT CALIBER .243 WIN ONLY", "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.O." and "MADE IN JAPAN". Barrel and receiver nicely embellished with floral scroll. Receiver also handsomely adorned with gold inlaid Prong Horn antelope. Serial number "76107PR217" is also engraved over floral scroll on right rear side of receiver. Steel floorplate also engraved with floral scroll and with gold inlays of 3 Prong Horn antelope. Action built with wide serrated trigger and trigger is protected by a scroll engraved blacked trigger guard. Bolt handle is also smooth, shiny black and spoon shaped. The tang mounted A-Bolt thumb safety selector slide is blacked and serrated. The high polish, deep colored, tiger striped stock with smooth and fancy checkering is furnished with a full pistol grip with rose wood cap, rose wood forend tip and with a black "BROWNING" rubber pad. Stock and forend with eyes for sling loops. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel is 99%. Action is smooth. Scope is clear. Trigger feels crisp. Stock and forend very good with slight storage marks.
