Smith & Wesson No.3 Schofield single action revolver with case. Made 2000-2003 by the Performance Center. Modeled after the original Model 3 Schofield, but incorporating a modern hammer block safety. Right side of the front sight is marked "Mod. 3 Schofield/1875", while the left side is marked "Performance Center/2000". Patent dates on the right side of the barrel, with the company address on the left side. Round steel barrel with full rib. Blade front sight with a v-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Trigger guard, hammer, and trigger are case colored. Varnished wood grips. Gun is housed in its original blue velvet lined wood display case. Original information pamphlet is included. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bores are shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Case is excellent with a few nicks and scratches. JWA
